Title of Bug: Government vehicles not despawning.
Description: It seems that people are able to drive the new police vehicles if they spawn it as police and change back to citizen.

I changed to officer from fireman and could drive the fire truck

Yup, that's been ongoing since the new vehicles came out. At first I thought it was just the unmarked Chevy...you could understand my frustration when I had to drive all the way to park them both lol

It is an annoying bug yes, but when people are roleplaying as Presidential bodyguards and have a good reason to use it, then I don't see the problem. I understand if you use it as a citizen for shits and giggles though.

Maybe just have it so people's cars de-spawn after changing jobs.

Yes, this is the case, also the cars are spawning in line to the world rather than perpendicular the the player. I suspect that these two issues are interlinked.
