Dear Marcus Serra and the Serra family,

I regret to inform you that today, 16-04-17 is the day that I will be resigning from the rank of Underboss in the family. I have made this decision under a number of circumstances which I cannot seem to disclose.
However I can tell you that my time within the family has been great and I would not have changed any of the events which have occurred. I regret to inform you that I will be added to the 'EvoWit Protection Program'.
This will be arranged by the Evocity White Collar Division and it falls under the conditions of EPA (Evocity Protection Act Est. 1982). I will be given a new identity as well as I shall be travelling to a new city quite far away from here. I cannot disclose which city I am headed as it is a violation of the EPA and I will be putting myself as well as the agents handling my transfer at risk. I am quite willingly taking this transfer due to the amount of crimes and drug smuggling cases that I have been linked with. This EPA Transfer allows me to be given immunity from all those crimes I have committed in my time here at the family and before hand. I regret to inform that you will have to find a new Underboss to take my place and another candidate to take theirs. I wish this family well and I hope that my leave has not made you think differently of myself and that you do not hold on my absence for a long period of time.

As this letter arrives, I shall already be out of Evocity and will be along the highway being escorted by two fine special agents of the EWCD which ensures my safety along the ride. I do not want you
to look for myself or even attempt to locate the vehicle we are riding in, My mobile device and 1.1 Colt M1911A1 are in my office draw. You have no ability to contact me if needed and after I have left the country,
you will not hear from me again. I can disclose that a falling out between myself and Samuel Serra has no connection to my leaving and shall not be used against him in the long term. He has potential.


Marcus, We have been friends for quite some time, and despite your constant attempts to screw my wife, I have not held that against you. You have been dedicated and loyal to this family even when the police were near to catching our drug smuggling. You have been a great friend and I am sad to say that our friendship will have to be forgotten. I have made this decision since the drug and alcohol handling was too poor and decreased ever since there have been rumours of a new seller in town. I hope that you do not fall this transfer as a fault of your own. You have been a great friend and boss for a long time, which I hope you can recognise also.

I hope that you can all carry on with your lives in Evocity and I know that The Serra Family have great potential.
