Title of Bug: Spawning as prisoner on build

Description: Check build server logs on 30/11/16, 15:08 (roughly), you'll see I had to save someone from jail with a jammer. Also had to save someone else as well about 30 min before that guy.

Yup this happened to me as well. I had to get someone to jam me out...I even had to give them the jammer lol.

It's a pain in the ass because no one came for the first like ten minutes.

It would be possible to make jail times be ignored when joining the build server, however, we'd have to make a system that would still jail you once you go on the main server again.

I'll look into this in the near future.

While you are looking into this can you also look into the fact then when you disconnect and reconnect you start the full timer all over again. So it would be nice if that wasn't the case.
