I think the new afk timer update is buggy

I was playing as a citizen, it was 5/12/2016 and i joined Fire Fighter to do some RP ideas that i found. As soon as I join it says 'You have been demoted for afk' I think this update needs a change, there is just no way this can be a thing. I hope this gets fixed soon.
