Title of Bug:Ford Transit Does Not Drive

Description:
I bought a Ford Transit some time ago. Sometimes when i get out of it and try to go back in it later it pusts me in the passenger seat and i cannot drive it no matter what i do, i have to call an admin to despawn it which is extremely annoying, please fix this.

Theres already a ton of threads about this, its a common bug on the transit and it just does that sometimes.
