Just a downside that it uses Photon. I know for a fact that the FL devs (Soul) hates Photon.

We tried to do this already. But in the end you most likely won't get that much power to change anything and if you get it then it's already too late. Then maybe get again motivated to work but you can't do it alone. Again, you can't do much. Then you need someone to approve or give you a certain access... then it happens again and you wait again.
To be a developer, you need A LOT of patience. Getting an idea is one thing, but actually finishing it is far worse.

You should be prepared for anything if you want to apply. Also, if you're in low numbers nothing will change at all.

OT : Just remake all the jobs and their system. But that means remaking most of the gamemode aswell.
