Sadly, it's not bots.
It's users who think it's fun to troll on the forums (Like the ones who posted pornographic content on the forums some months ago(Insert)) If they spam your profiles with useless shit, please report it with the report feature.

Isn't there a way to track the person his IP and IP ban him from the forums?

I've disabled profile comments for registered users (Verified emails) and for users awaiting activation.
Registered users are unable to post on the forums unless they have a SteamID connected to the account, I'll look into having the same feature for profile comments
