This is a Guide I am Currently Working on for RP. Its quite rough right now as there is no CSS really.

because the site is not online right now, its just a HTML file. but it is still called a site. but see how i didn't put web, if it says web its is online, if it only says site it is offline and requires downloading the HTML file to use it.
