Upload the related crash report file here:  http://dumps.metastruct.uk.to/
Gmod's crash report files are located here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod
Post the uploaded crash report's link here so I can check out if anything catches my eye.

It seems you're running the game in directx 8 mode which shouldn't be used anymore since it was broken in an update a year or 2 ago. Try using directx 9 instead.

In addition if you have any addons not related to fearless installed, get rid of them by disabling them via steam or gmod and then delete the files manually from your addons folder.
Also emptying your cache folders could solve the issue (download, downloads and cache folder).

Well, did it work?

If that doesn't work:
Try verifying game files
Then
Launch with some parameters like the latest dxlevel 11 '-dxlevel11' or something like that of the top of my head.
