Title of Suggestion: The Ability to /unwarrant using Vehicle Number Plates
Description: Adding a feature that allows police officers to unwarrant players using their number plates.
Why: I believe that this would be a good addition as it works with /warrant. Now that Vehicles only show In Character names it is hard to unwarrant a person if you were to impound their vehicle. It would work the same way as
'/unwarrant <player>'.
