Conor McGregor COD Infinite Warfare
#1
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has two big names in its cast of space shooters: Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington, previously announced as the leader of the game’s enemy force, and mixed martial artist Conor McGregor, who revealed his Infinite Warfare appearance yesterday. Activision released a new trailer today that shows both of them in action, however briefly, and they blend right into the massive first-person shooter franchise.

McGregor, a huge fan of Call of Duty, has starred in a video game before; he’s on the cover of EA Sports UFC 2, a game he bested "clueless gamer" Conan O’Brien at earlier this year. He only shows up for a quick look in the Infinite Warfare story trailer, but the redheaded fighter is somehow not a distraction as Captain Bradley Fillion. A video from MacLife shows McGregor prepping for the motion-captured role; watch that below to see his transformation.

This is our first in-game look at Harington as Admiral Salen Kotch as well. The man better known as Jon Snow makes for a suitable Call of Duty villain, glaring up a storm inside of that space helmet. As the "face of the enemy" in Infinite Warfare, Game of Thrones watchers may need extra time to adjust to seeing Harington in this completely different setting.

Infinite Warfare arrives Nov. 4, with deluxe edition buyers receiving Modern Warfare Remastered as a bonus. PlayStation 4 owners will also get access to extra content and an early start on the remaster, continuing Activision’s partnership with Sony.

Yeah it's fucking annoying but let's face it big names = bigger money as it will also appeal to their fans as well as the franchises fans expanding their customer base.

They're doing it for the $$$$. I'm pretty sure that was the reason Kevin Spacey took on the role of Johnathon Irons in Advanced Warfare.
