So i came across a youtube video which told me how to do this and here's the result
So here's the steps on how to do this.
1) Go on ps4 and make sure your ps4 is Activated as primary device for your psn
2) Turn on remote play in the setting so you can actually do this
3) Go on power saving setting and allow it to use internet while in rest mode
on pc
1) Download this https://remoteplay.dl.playstation.net/re...index.html
2) Connect Ps4 controller to PC via cable
3) Click start on application then sign into your psn
4) wait a few minutes while you load in.
Performance varies with different pc's and your internet connection. My connection allows me to play fine on 30-60 fps and decent graphics the videos i uploaded are bad quality because i don't know how to record for shit.
