First of all are you using a wireless network connection? If so, try if using a cable solves the issue.

Try updating your network adapter drivers via device manager.
windows key + R type devmgmt.msc
click on network adapters right click on the adapter and update

If that doesn't work try rolling back to previous drivers

In addition this solution seems to have worked for multiple people, try it

Few steps to fix this:
1. Go to Control Panel >Network and Internet> Network Connections
2. Choose your wifi connection, right-click and select Properties
3. In the Wi-Fi Properties, in the "This connection uses the following items:" tab, you should check the following options:
Client for Microsoft Networks
File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Reliable Multicast Protocol
Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder

If it doesn't change for the moment, try to disable and then enable your wi-fi.

Hope it can fix your problem.
Oh bollocks... I lost my Signature!

The step I included works. Only thing I had to do diffrent/add on to it, was to restart my PC.

Thank you, Joulle. You're a legend.

EDIT: Never mind, just happened again.
