Surely we cannot leave things that are "questionable" open to peoples interpretation, I quite simply think if it is a rule you can be punished, if it is not a rule, the staff member in question must advise you that in their eyes you are doing something that is "questionable" and should stop, if you proceed to do it then you will be punished.

That way we do not have staff members banning for stupid things because they have a grievance with someone or some petty shit like that.

Equally to counter the answer to the RV, it would be illogical to keep such a vehicle at the time being as it is clearly bugged and needs fixed, otherwise people will exploit this and will subsequently end up being banned because of the developer who made this inability to code it correctly, as afore mentioned, it would only make sense to remove such an item before it is abused.

Not every player can be expected to know that it cannot be used as such.
