Why we should unban you:
I'm gonna start and tell the whole story now.
So me and Viper made a GameStop Store.
However after a while we started fighting because (in character) his character slept with my wife. (Backround story and reason for my planned murder on Viper)
So for my character it was the perfect moment to plan a murder on him.
So we started fighting in our Closed shop and He pulled a bat out first, hitting me resulting in me getting a bat aswell to strike back.
He died and I was badly injured.
SRU came to the Door and looked at me doing nothing, after around 10 Seconds they ran away.
THen i saw that Generation was behind me talking to me about FailRP.
So i told him that me and Viper were BOTH fine with what happened and that no one of us had a Problem with what happened.
I also told him that in Real Life it ALSO happens that Employees killed each other for some reasons (If you wont belive me just google

However Viper got a Warning and I got a 1 day ban even tho he started and i actually (you could say) just defended myself against him with my bat.
I also told Generation that i would be totally fine with a 2 Days (or more) blacklist from weapons since i'm not a agressive Player.
I also got the Whole adminsit on Video, showing that Me and viper were totally fine with what happened (me killing him in order to defend myself...)
And that Viper only got a warning and I got a whole day Ban.

However to conclude this UBR i would rather having a 2-3 Days Weapon Blacklist then a Ban since Viper only got a Warning aswell.

I’d like to state first that I listened you for about 20 minutes. When you fought with your baseball bats, and that Dreebott killed BlueHeartViper, it never was for a history of infidelity (IC). I tried to explain that your character background wasn’t appropriate to use weapons and even less to kill people, but in vain. You continued arguing stating initially that both of you were in agreement with what had happened, in second time you claimed not having injured nobody and / or involved anyone else into your situation, in a last time you claimed having a perfect character background.

Now, do you realize that this is a semi-serious roleplay server and not real life? There are rules to follow. Then compare the current situation to the one of the reality isn’t relevant towards the request.

Then, analyze more closely what was said by BlueHeartViper when I came:

How do YOU know what the Backround was?
You're saying that just because my Character was working in a Gamestop Store he couldn't be agressive.
I do not know the reason why he wanted to kill ME, anyways I defended myself resulting in him getting killed.

Yes indeed we BOTH agreed with the RP situation because we talked about it OOC first.
And yes, we didn't want to involve anyone in the RP until the SRU came and done nothing BEFORE you came to me and Viper

It doesn't matter if it's semi-serious or serious, it's a situation that also happens in Real Life so where is the Problem?

First of all, show the complete logs, as you can see there is a huge time gap between the Log's and I don't remember staying there for 30 Seconds doing nothing.
And yes SRU came to the store and that was fine, they could've arrested me but they didn't they already left the Store BEFORE you came.

Finally, one last thing that has no consistency in your story...
So if you plan a murder, why BlueHeartViper attacked you first? Doesn’t make sense...

And why did you "Mark" the "xd" Viper said, it's just a emotion that he couldn't show ingame so he wrote it, what's wrong with it?


And also, it's Ridiculous to give me a 1 Day Ban (even tho Viper started and I defended myself resulting in killing him) and he only got a warning because i got "more then 1000 Hours"
You didn't even bother to check how many hours viper had to that time right?
Because he had 990, but yeah it's not over 1000 right?

You also stated that the SRU just left when you came, not before and that's not true, when i killed Viper the SRU looked at me and i said "Oh no why are you dead???" and the SRU just looked at me and didn't do anything a couple of seconds you came.

In this case, the ban was valid. You did in fact FailRP by killing the manager with the baseball bat. The character background was invalid and I never claimed that an employee couldn’t be aggressive…

So how exactly was the character Backround invalid?
Me and Viper told you what the backround and the reason was!
We even told you that we BOTH were fine with everything, we even talked about it OOC BEFORE it happened an we both were like "But don't involve anyone else"
and that's what we did.

I did Roleplay my job, just like Viper did just that in the Fight HE DIED and I DIDN'T, that's the reason you actually banned me as you can see at following Screenshot:

The ban makes literally no sense at all.
In the sit you state that I got banned and Viper only got a warning because he died and I didn't even tho he started.
And now you say that i got banned because i failed to RP my job, when Viper did the Exact same?

We even told you that we would be fine with a Blacklist or a Warning, but giving ME a Ban and HIM a Warning is not fair at all. and that's why I think that i deserve a Unban OR a Blacklist from Weapons.

The fact is, there was no background RP. You claimed that he had slept with your wife. Was this situation Roleplayed out? No. There was no prior Roleplay for the reason of killing eachother. I believe you were merely using it as an excuse to bat eachother. As you said at the start of your first video, you only did it because you weren't having any fun with the roleplay and wanted to leave the server.

Whilst I agree that this does happen in real life, I just believe that this could have been roleplayed out better by actually having some valid and solid background roleplay. (This includes having an actual wife in the roleplay.)

I've taken both sides of the argument into consideration and with that said, I believe the ban should remain.
