Those who grow and sell it are ordinary citizen.
It is common for people who want to earn some extra money, much more.

I really want this myself too, but I am worried that it will be way too easy to accumulate large amount of pots.
You could literally go up to anyone and buy their pots. You would end up with way too many, way to easily.

Therefore I have to -support

I'm sure there'd be plenty of solutions to avoid an issue like that.

Just cba to think of any right now, but we've faced more difficult balancing issues than simple weedpot amounts.
