Title: Custom amount for "give"

Description: Allow a custom amount to give

Why: It's annoying having to give, ie, 10, then 5, then 2 for 17 weed and what not.
So, allow giving a custom amount, like allowing a player to enter a number of, for example, weed to give to a player.
