Game crashes while loading

Hello i downloaded all the content that was required in your download section on a fresh install
but everytime i start the game it crashes to the desktop while loading 

I also tried to join by applying "do not download customsounds" & "do not download any custom file but neither of these work

adding -autoconfig in the launch options solved the problem
