Locate the related crash report(s) in a folder location similar to this (it's the .mdmp file):  
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod
Then upload it here http://dumps.metastruct.uk.to/ and link the crash report's website address here and we'll take a look at it.

1. Go on to steam library. Choose Garry's Mod, rightclick and select properties. A new window will pop up with 4 different tabs. Select the tab "Local Files". Now click on "Verify Integrity Of Game Cashe"

Now just wait for some minutes and then try to join the server.

If that didn't work, I have some more solutions.

2. Go to the website and download the content packs. Now remove the existing content packs in your Garry's Mod folder and replace them with the new.

3. Remove all addons and try to join the server. If it works, install the addons you like.

4. Remove some programs that just takes up disk space.

5. The last step is simply reinstalling Garry's Mod. This shouldn't be necessary so before doing that, google on your problem.

download the content pack from the forum. fearlessrp.net/content or search for it in the workshop.

If you download it from the forum place it in the garrysmod folder. If you download it from the workshop make sure it is all downloaded before you join. Then turn on and off the game and try to join again.

My only suggestion left is downloading the content from the website, placing it in the correct directories in garrysmod.
Disable the server downloading custom content in the options and try to join.
