Those are quite clearly just simple animations played out, with the camera placed behind the vehicles, to make it look like GTA. The visuals and physics do not match what we have seen AT ALL. Yeah, its obviously not from GTA V, But Rockstar game also said that the game would be realeased 68 days after the first trailer, that never happened neither.
