Firstly, you did not have him under gunpoint, nor handcuffed.

Furthermore, you never switched from your gun, therefore you never had a weapon out.

Finally, as soon as you were demoted from SRU, you went Police Sergeant solely to arrest him.

I see no FearRP breakage on Zambie's end.

He was avoiding it because I told him he wouldn't get arrested OOC, aslong as the auction was happening.
I also took you away from said situation because even though you were told off, you still came back and attempted to arrest him.

The auction was done as you can see in the video. I waited like hitman told me. I broke no rules at all.

First of all, you never pointed a gun at Zambie, you ran in to the garage with your arrest stick. Rule 2.1d says 'if someone switches from a gun....' 

2.1d If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope in order to detain you, FearRP still applies.

Secondly, you clearly ignored Agorith when he said in OOC multiple times to stop ruining passive RP. You decided to ignore him and came back to arrest Zambie. That is why you got teleported away and demoted.
