I wouldn't know a direct fix for this, but have you tried re-installing Steam and than Garry's Mod.
What you can attempt to do Is Right Click on Garry's Mod > Properties > LOcal Files > Verify Intergrity of Game Cache

Goodluck on fixing it

This seems very off, how bout just re-installing the whole game? Or at least delete all of the Fearless content pack.

Have you tried completely removing the gmod folder? When deleting your gmod folder everything should be set to default.
