Title of Bug: Car Ownership Issues
Description: When trying to unlock my car for some strange reason it said I could not unlock it, I then picklocked it and it would not let me fill it up nor park it.
Thankfully this is simply resolved by an staff member removing the vehicle or re-logging.
None the less though, it is a pain in the arse.
