Summary: (This player CDMed me about 5 times while I was working for the government. I tried to use @ but to no avail. SO that is why I am posting it here, because it was unacceptable for it to happen 5 times. Although in the video I only got him doing it once and even though it was in the street, he had done it many more times while I was on the sidewalk.
