Title of Suggestion: /stuck Command
Description: If your car is somehow stuck in the lake, you type '/stuck' and it teleports your car out of the lake.
Why: Why force admins to do it or let players accidentally hit it to hard and fling it across the map when you could just have a simple command.

+support but there would need to be a detection to ensure the car is actually in the lake.

Neutral
Not sure how exactly it could be created? Plus I still feel it would be too complicated to implement without it being abused or not working well.
What if the when the vehicle is submerged or disabled by water, unlocking the vehicle and getting into it would just put it back into your inventory?

Maybe have it be a general /stuck command? For example, you are stuck on a rock or similar, /stuck teleports it somewhere where it won't be?

Not really sure how this could be implemented.
