Title of Bug: Black powder description wrong

Description: The description of the black powder says that it is used in the creation of molotovs however molotovs are created with fueled rags and alcoholic beverages.

This really confused me, I accidentally bought this because of the false description. I bought around 4 shipments :/

Well i mean if you look at the Molotov schematic it only states Fueled rags and Alchoholic beverages...
