[b]Summary[/b]: So i've spotted this player multiple times propsurfing and climbing, at first i let it go. But then when i saw him doing it the third time, i then decided to say it was enough. He also Broke NLR a few times but i have no evidence for this, so that is out of interest. And also if this has any interest, he was an officer within the period this happend.
