You actually did not ask us politely but threatened to kill us and shoot us till we eventually left. Then you went and called TLH to help you out, for some odd reason considering our clan numbers are no different. The point behind this is Faustie claimed the attack was a clan raid, but none of the involved clans were warring. A few of our guys were killed including a Don, A True-Blood Capo and a Partial Blood-Capo. Consider our numbers are at 22 currently that doesnt even make up more than 20% of the clan. When someone is eliminated from the clan, their is a continued system track of command that maintains order whilst the leader was killed, his brother Giovanni Lombardi replaced him as our glorious leader. Unlike Faustie did by attacking the clan when few of our members were on, we were courteous enough to confront yours when a majority of them were on, take that as a freebie considering you guys dont stand on great stilts with the Lombardi Family and we now severely outnumber you guys. TLH ("Specifically Faustie") intervened with something that didnt even concern them especially since considering no alliances are formed between the two of you thus no Friendly or favorable Diplomatic moves should be going on between the two of you. Considering his clan raid was unofficial since no war was occuring, the actions he did are nullified, but rather we as players here to RP will go along with it. I suggest you choose your next words wisely or my next visit will be payed to you and your current occupying office.

5. It was never a war i wanted to talk to faustie about a possible recording and he told me to come with him. so i did then killed me and said the clan was over. not once through that whole time was it a war and it will be never be considered a war.

I find it rather hilarious how much your ignorance, impatience, and lack of knowledge shows in your post, so let me begin.

You were harassing one our members in your store (Which he called "rape, so thus we RPed it like so), so in response some Lombardi Members showed up and confronted you about it. You proceeded to call your team, as we were not even threatening you, this itself was unnecessary showing your lack of impatience. Afterward we let the whole situation go, from then we asked you for Medical Drugs and you denied us stating that Lombardi's were not allowed in your shop. Now this would have been fine if their was another Doctor on the server, while our members did not want to powergame for the benefit of the clan, we decided to ask you. You yourself made the situation worse when you called a Fail Cop that was shooting random warning shots and tazing us for being on the sidewalk and road. You did nothing to stop this thus your wrong and broke a passive form of RP by approving of the officer doing this on your property, as if you approved of this violence and tyranny on your property.
You want to bring up EBS?
Ill tell you about what happened with EBS, as I was outside to witness it. EBS supposedly raided the TLH Business Sector with a few of their members. So thus the whole clan of EBS was within the reins of TLH Business through a hostage situation. Afterward their was a continuation of RP, until Faustie stated he had to leave. His team then proceeded to go and spray down EBS with no proper reasoning other than he had to leave.
We've been failing at passive RP?
We offered your leader a simple compromise on something his clan was doing and he in turn declined it. You want someone to blame? Blame it on your leader. I stated to him that unknowable things could occur from this decline and thus he proceeded to be paranoid and tell Faustie, now tell me that's not a failure on the part of your leader to have some pride and confidence in his groups ability to protect themselves? We never RDMed any players nor did we ever raid any clan. We have been in a constant battle of either defending our base or dealing with the exile that TLH has placed on our clan for being a threat to them. Your leader failed to keep the RP passive, so thus its likely to get aggressive because of it.

From what i remember, the whole doctors office incident started when one of your guys started harassing the doctor, we escorted him out, you then came in full force with every lombardi member to the office to figure out what happened, stateing that we were threatening your people, after that got settled, you spent the next 15-20 minutes harrasing us trying to bait us into attacking you, when faustie showed up you just got worse, going as far as breaking one of the clinics windows and keying his car, not a single shot was fired, as much as many wanted to.
