Summary: DearPWDA shot at my ambulance that was stationed for no reason, after aiming at it without saying nothing for 10 seconds. I've called SRU to the scene a little before since I saw him walking around with a TMP. Later on when I died, the police arrived, that was when DearPWDA was lockpicking my ambulance. The officer told him to get on the ground, which DearPWDA cheekily responded to with saying "I'm on the ground" while crouching and lockpicking the ambulance. The officer still had his weapon pointed at DearPWDA as he was running for the ambulance entrance clearly breaking fearrp. Note that he was a citizen while all of this was happening.
TL;DR he killed me for no reason as a citizen, lockpicked an ambulance for no reason as a citizen and broke fearrp.
