Title of Bug: Spelling mistake in backup call

Description: When the Police call for backup at the apartments, it comes up with 'Appartements' instead of the correct English 'apartments'.

Just thought this would be something that needs a quick tweak

I think it is because SoulRipper is dutch and Appartement is dutch xD
