Title of Bug: Mechanic issues with new cars

Description: Being a mechanic and trying to modify the new cars works in some ways and not in others

The aston you can change skin and model but you cannot paint it at all

The new Mafia car you cannot modify at all

Soul forgot to delete the old model's edit entries. I will remove then, next update they will work.
