Summary:So i was a black market dealer and he was saying Hey man follow me so i followed him. After that he wanted to buy seeds so i told him the price. When i told him the price he randomly handcoufed me and wanted 1k to release me. After i told him i recording he ran away.

Closing notes: The user in question did not break any rules as per perma laws all drugs are banned meaning that any attempt to sell them can result in an arrest or fine. In this case the 1k release fee could have been seen as a fine for your actions. After all, you did try and sell weed seeds to a cop.
