Summary: He is tampering with evidence which is as stated in the sticky of the forum -- "5. Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead, and providing false statements is under zero tolerance - committing such violations will lead to a perm ban."
He additionally broke the FearRP rule as he didn't react when i had a fully automatic assault rifle out.

The first evidence doesn't show what we said to the officer before hand which makes the evidence completely misleading and unfair to me and Qtzy
The second evidence doesn't even start recording till i go back and shoot at him for what he did to me before, In actual RP i told him to not mess with my car or ill kill him, look what he does. This makes the evidence tampered with and misleading which has now led to a incorrect ban on us. The evidence has clearly been tampered with due to it not even recording what i said to the man/other player before hand
On the third video, he purposefully makes the evidence misleading by snipping it down, it doesn't show what happened before hand and him just saying "stop randomly punching me" doesn't mean he is randomly being punched.
The fourth video, yet again, is cut down. I don't really have to say much on this because of how pathetic that video is.
This kind of attitude shouldn't be accepted at all on Fearless. I am kind of horrified that they got accepted as valid evidence in the first place.
The evidence i have uploaded are just pure conversions using http://www.clipconverter.cc/. The videos are on private on Badl's Youtube channel. You can access them to prove i am not posting misleading evidence by going to the "Accepted Bans" section and clicking on the ban requests he has made on me and qtzy.
Additionally you can actually see the OP break fearRP in both of these posts, He doesn't need to hang around me when i have a rifle out.
