Summary:

 Player refused to get out of his car, simply refused at gunpoint.. He has many hours on the server and just thought he could get away with it. 

He drove away at gunpoint, and made up some story about why he wasn't able to get out(even the least experienced players know how to get out of their car).

I had a gun to his face, and tried to make him get out.. he refused every time.. he heard me loud and clear.

I don't think i could have been more clear, i just watched the videos.. there is simply no way he could have misunderstood me... i kept repeating myself like a crazy person. But it was frustrating to say the least.

You don't drive away when there is gun pointed at you, even if you are "locked in" as you claim to be. You should have asked from the player how to unlock it.

Unlock your vehicle by holding right click until it internally unlocks it.
