Description

Arkwright Penitentiary, founded on the 12th November, 1987 the Penitentiary has been running for a couple years already.

Recently, the president of EvoCity, Jake Warren has decided to run a dictatorship, to benefit himself and those who represent him.

The dictatorship has brought in new laws, which people have unfortunately broke and wound themself up on a prison bus, heading towards the most feared prison in the whole of the region, Arkwright Penitentiary. All the most hardened, brutal and cold blooded inmates are sent to Arkwright Penitentiary, to learn there lesson the hard way. The warden of the prison is known for serving in Iraq for the U.S Marines and despises of the people that break the cities laws.

Character Background: Frank has regularly been involved in crime, since he was illegally smuggled into EvoCity. He was part of a Yakuza, before deserting them - they sent hitmen after him - both were never seen again. His brother Garry joined the Police Force, and Frank followed suited. However, upon discovering how corrupt the force was, they devised a plan to kill the Superintendent of the force. They succeeded - but were discovered. Garry escaped into the night; but Frank was left behind, and apprehended. He paid for his crimes by being sent to the highest level of detention - Maximum Security inmate.
