Summary: Me and aRTTU were arresting a gun dealer for aiming a gun at arttu or something, I wasn't there. So when arttu told in the radio that he needs help, I went there. He was cuffed and on the ground. We started talking to him and stuff. Then arttu told him to face the wall, he didn't listen. We took out our guns and pointed at him, he didn't listen. Arttu warranted him for arrest for about 3 times? Then he suddenly left. That's why I want him banned.
