Reason: "Player disrespect".
Involved: Me and Juan Deag.
Why we should unban you: Me and Juan were trying to make a small casino roleplay in the BP on the V2D map. However, we kept being harassed by different players. For example, there were 5 people at the door at once trying to get in, every time we left the building, someone tried to walk in. We'd had enough of it, so we trapped someone in the building as they seemed so desperate to be inside. That is a different situation though. The particular situation involved a citizen who couldn't stop knocking on the door, so Juan threatened him with a baton. He didn't seem to leave, so he exited the building and chased him where he located SoulRipper. SoulRipper didn't respond to him and that is the end of the situation for now. But later on, about 10 minutes later, Juan got brought to Suarez into another administrative situation. It was because Juan insulted the player ( I don't know the person's name ). But, he was the one who was harassing us constantly and you expect Juan not to get mad about that? Allegedly the insult was targeted towards the player OOC. However, if the player was harassing in-game and the insult was stated in-character, how could you assume that it's OOC? You can't know unless you were there. Also, the harassing player didn't get any sanctions, he harassed us and got away with it. I think this ban is invalid because the banned player was not exactly guilty and the player who reported the violation wasn't punished for harassment.
Also, the player who reported the issue didn't seem to have used the @ function more than once before getting served by Suarez. Me and Juan used @ probably 8 times in total for several different cases, there were 4 staff online. But we never got a response and the harasser didn't get an individual admin situation for doing what he did.
