Sounds missing error!

Hi everyone,
I having another trouble here! In the command module, there are error for sounds(Common\sound.wav and another rain sound which I didn't remember). When it is raining, the command module shows an enormous amount of errors, and there was like a speech error. Please help!

I'd say try verifying the integrity of your game via the properties on Steam.
