Summary: He stole an car Mass CMD'et ppl with another guy. when the driver died. he got out and prop pushed and killed everything. when i died he drove away. i saw him drive over about 3-5 ppl at KFC

i have a BR on him and mrshanky + xx7soonyxxp have evidence so i believe they should get perm ban not blacklist
cuz they dont want to play they only want to break the rules
