Back in the day the only way to get an rpp was sitting in a huge ass 700 prop dupe for 9 hours straight. It's already gotten alot easier imo. Never the less i feel your point, I hit my first rpp at around 500 hours and kinda had the feeling that it would take me a shit long time to actually reap some rewards.

This was already announced yesterday. It'll be part of the police/paramedics models update. It'll be a 1RPP, 5k hat.

I've got 855-ish hours and 3 RPP, it's really hard to find the courage to start RPing, I mean, you have to make a good looking and working dupe, that will take some time, and then you have to RP for a long time and hope a staffmember likes it. I can still remember it when I got my first RPP and I thought, YES! but I got nothing for it in return. To give people a small but meaningful reward it will encourage them to RP more. Kind Regards,
