Summary: Accused player was being chased by a cop, he then spawns a prop but gets tazed shortly after. During the cuffing process he then get's up and runs off; a direct violation of 2.1e - FearRP. Once he runs off he then spawns another prop, a cooker and then he uses it to protect himself and also propkill the cop trying to arrest him. Accused player also has 4 previous bans for fearRP in a short space of 30 hours. Also within 30 hours you should have if not knowing most of the rules, basica knowledge of them, especially about prop killing.
Please note: I attempted to talk to the accused but he timed out and has not reconnected since time of starting to write up this report. He also used an excuse was because he was drunk and hated schoolboy cops.

At 0:10 Accused player is first tazed by cop.
At 0:37 Accused player awakens from being tazed and starts to run off during the cuff process.
At 0:53 Accused player first spawns in his prop
At 1:00 Accused player launches the prop at the cop, resulting in a prop kill.
Screenshot below shows his reason after I asked 'You are aware this is a direct violation of server rules?"

Closing notes:
Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player was found violating rules regarding Fear RP and prop killing an officer to avoid arrest.
Suspension will be applied for five days. A blacklist from physgun, toolgun and entities/props will be applied for four hours.
