Title of Suggestion: Bump action on riot shield

Description: When you click someone with primary attack, it bumps the person back a few feet. (It would take lots of stamina, though to counteract abuse. Could possibly inflict some small amount of damage as well.
Accompanied with a push would be a sound effect,

Why: First of all, would encourage Riot Police RP, it would also be a way for police to break up a crowd, move through a crowd, and move a combative person.

Yes, the clicky sound it makes at the moment is pretty bad, and it would be helpful when people are rioting in the nexus, to RP them out as riot police, good idea.

I also think maybe some sort of baton, as before when there have been riots I've had to pretend that my arrest baton is a riot baton. It may also help with some corrupt cops who may want to give someone a little beating for resisting or something like that.
Either way I think the idea of the riot shield is brilliant!

Done, though for some reason detecting the player's gender didn't work as usual, so there's only a male grunt sound for now; I'll try to fix that later.
