Allow /me /it to be used while unconscious.

Title of Suggestion: Allow /me /it to be used while unconscious. 
Description: To be able to use those commands while in an unconscious, arrested or dead state
Why: There is no reason for them to be blocked in the first place, it just limits rp.

I can see these commands being useful when unconscious, would extend the RP we could do while unconscious or in a dead state.

Its mostly medical stuff, say you get hit by a car and while waiting for a paramedic you wanted to rp certain injuries. Its not exactly game breaking but i thought I'd bring it up

Not really, I guess for some people who enjoy roleplaying it would encourage it more and enable them instead of restricting them.
