Make them more useful, Like they can run faster. Could Definatly add a RP element to buying/selling drugs... And people might actually buy drugs.

I really like this idea, it would be great to have it hard to produce cocaine. It would give a big RP boost to the Underground and also the Officers. Clans will also have great use for this whether it an Armed Response clan to help the Officers or a Drugs Gang. For those reasons I...
