So,

In the new NLR thing. I saw that an amendment would be made of that when you are RDM'd/CDM'd you can return back death place without worrying about NLR. When will this be introduced if it ever will as recently a lot of people have been getting RDM'd and CDM'd and then have to wait for 10 minutes because of someones stupid actions?

The only way you can bypass NLR is if an administrator gives you permission. Otherwise, it still applies even if you got RDMed, CDMed, etc.

Venom answered your question. You can break NLR with permission from a staff member that can be requested via the @ command. Situations such as killing yourself with a prop while building, RDM, CDM, etc is when NLR violations are permitted but only with staff permission.
