New Website Layout Bugs

While looking around, I came across a few bugs with the new layout,

First, If the user dosn't have an avatar set, the avatar box at the top will display his/hers name, and that just looks terrible

Second, there is no max-width set on the tables on a profile page, and in general the whole page looks f'ed up
*EDIT* You can also see on the table header, the border-radius is still leaving a white background (this is also easy to spot on the "redirect" page, that comes after you post something)

Another issue I'm getting is the slightly ballsed-up layout of the reply page. http://puu.sh/ifdsO/59068ed5e1.png

That left column is waaaay too wide.

Box for Contact details on people's profiles isn't big enough.

For me peoples flags displaying their country's have reset, might just be me though.
