when you are banned and an admin says ill unban you with heavy blacklists how long does it usually take? to be un-banned

Should be pretty soon after it the unban request says 'Approved' in the comments of it.
For the blacklists you need to play the time out, eg a 12 hour blacklist requires 12 IG hours played

i know about the blacklists in game i have 125 hours but the admin replied to my un- ban and said he will do it with heavy black lists but that was 4 hours ago, but thanks

The un-ban hasn't been officially approved, once the banning/investigating administrator replies with 'Approved' then the un-ban should happen. Just wait a while.
