Forum layout

So I clicked a link at the bottom of the forum front page. And now it's in a different layout and some of the links are missing at the top (like the "character" link), and I can't find the like button to like posts. It doesn't tell me how many likes a user has given and received. 

How can I put it back to the old layout?

I did the same thing a while back.
Go here, and go down to other options and change the theme.
