That white icon with an ak on it... I guess it means you can mount your gun, but how the f**k am i gonna do that?
And as you may see, it only appears when you AIM over BARRIER or for example police car's hood.

Are you talking about the symbol of the weapon being rested? That shows that the weapon is being supported by a prop under it and it gives you better stability.
Or at least I think.

I believe you equip the stability mod pack and then when the white sign comes up press 'E' and it should mount the gun.

It is there when you have an AK-74 with the RPK mods on - Bipod to be specific. Then you can actually press "Use" or E and then it you deploy the Bipod on the defence you're behind. It shows that white symbol when you can use the bipod on a support.
