Summary: Pinky and Brennan are two of the users that I know of who attempted to take somebody hostage, roleplaying as a Thug. May I add that I am aware Pinky is an administrator but he has not abused any of his powers, it's more appropriate here. They had no valid reason to hostage anyone, and I was given the excuse that they were 'poor'.

When I proceeded to ask [FL] Raptor if I could go and hostage anyone I want right now because I'm poor, he said not to. I tried to consult Raptor about Brennan and Pinky, he just tried to assure me Pinky is a good Administrator and that I should post a BR, which is fair enough in some views.

It's minor rule breaking, but I feel too many people get away with it ruining the general RP experience, if Pinky is the good Administrator he is 'labelled' by some I think he should of known better or at least reply to this with a decent RP reason to kidnap someone as a 'poor thug'.

Evidence:

I have no physical evidence of them hostaging my girlfriend, although I'm sure there are other people who can account for this or seen it happen.

Time to throw my opinion in the mix, as I was present when your girlfriend got banned. You have absolutely 0 proof, so this BR is already stupid as hell in the first place and will get denied within a day.

On to the reason for the hostaging, your girlfriend walked in our base without our consent, so presto she gets hostaged. Then she breaks fearRP (if I'm correct) and she gets banned, Rightfully. The hostaging was totally legit and the funny thing of all of this, you weren't even present and still got the guts to put a BR up after an admin sit with Brennan.

The next time you want to act like a smart ass and try to get Brennan and pinky in some sort of trouble, as you clearly got a grudge against Brennan either way , make sure you got some evidence or at least some understanding of what went down, over and out.

You have no right to deny this first of all, plus the fact your trying to insult me calling me a smart arse really shows how immature you are. Lets see what the review from another staff member says before you start to get cocky. I hold no grudge against them both, they just broke the rules thats all. She was also let into the building, nobody told her to not come in and I watched Brennan open the door multiple times. Proof or not I'm sure there is other people that can account for what happened.

I suggest you sit back and hold off another abusive reply mate as this is now directed to Pinky and Brennan and nobody else who may have been involved, no need for another reply.

Fear has more involvement in this case than you, he was present during the hostaging unlike yourself. Your girlfriend was in fact hostaged when she walked into our compound, not because we were poor that was the reasoning for the mugging of yourself. Now I'm not posting any more on this thread unless asked by an admin or you have valid evidence not just word of mouth.

P.S anyone who was directly involved in the case or a witness may comment here in regard to the courthouse rules, you can't stop them from posting DVN

Look at you, your being very cocky now and it's fine for you to put your opinion in there as like you said are directly involved with the situation. Being rude and trying to insult me just because you 'know' a ban report is going to be denied, and ending every reply with 'Denied' is cocky and immature. Have a think about it and grow up a little, I know we're not all children here.
